History
From the 1985 CCPE exhibition to today’s forum.
1985–1997
The roots go back to the 1985 Combat Clothing & Personal Equipment exhibition in Lisbon, held under NATO auspices, followed by Paris, London, Toronto and Oslo.
2000
The sixth edition came to Prague on 28–30 October 2000, a year after the Czech Republic joined NATO.
2016
The twelfth edition introduced the FUTURE FORCES FORUM concept: one platform for government, industry, science and education, including official NATO expert meetings.
2026
The 2026 edition gathered more than 12,500 participants and 530 exhibitors from 38 countries.
